BLACK WON

✦ THE RULES ✦

Terms of Service

The simple rules for using Black Won apps and our reward system.

LAST UPDATED: SEPTEMBER 2026

1. Acceptance Of Terms

By downloading or using any Black Won application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

2. Use Of Our Apps

  • Use our apps only for their intended purpose — earning rewards through genuine activity.
  • One user may operate one account per app. Duplicate or fake accounts are not allowed.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps.

3. Fair Play

The reward system only works when everyone plays fair. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Using bots, auto-clickers, emulators or any automation tool.
  • Creating multiple or fake accounts to claim rewards repeatedly.
  • Exploiting bugs, glitches or loopholes instead of reporting them.
  • Any other attempt to earn rewards without genuine activity.

Accounts found cheating may have rewards frozen or cancelled without notice.

4. Earnings & Rewards

Coins earned inside our apps are loyalty points with no cash value until they are redeemed through the app's official withdrawal system. Reward rates and payout options may change at any time. We never guarantee any specific amount of income — earnings depend completely on your activity and the rewards available at that time.

5. Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals must be requested through the official in-app system.
  • Fraudulent or manipulated requests will be rejected.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payout method.

6. Intellectual Property

All Black Won apps, designs, logos and content are the property of Black Won. Copying, modifying or distributing our apps without written permission is not allowed.

7. Limitation Of Liability

Our apps are provided "as is". Black Won is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our apps, including interrupted availability, reward changes or third-party ad content.

8. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of any app after an update means you accept the new Terms. The latest version is always on this page.
